"I recently transferred to Carol’s office from the state of Maine. All that I can say so far is that if you are looking for nothing less than exceptional customer service, you have found it.

The State of Georgia recently notified me that my truck registration was being suspended due to a “lack of insurance”. I call Carol’s office and first spoke with Parker who was able to immediately send proof that I did in fact have insurance, showing that there was an error with Georgias database. When I called the DMV, they continued to say that my registration was going to be suspended.

I called Carol’s office back and spoke to Mary who then verified again that I did have coverage, and went even further on my behalf and called the State of Georgia to work through this with them directly as a holiday weekend was approaching. Mary called me back with a detailed explanation that everything was now taken care of and that Georgia’s database was corrected.

This is why I choose State Farm and Carol Purdue Office over the companies that you never really know if there’s an actual human associated with them. Parker and Mary took over the situation, solved it, and then came back to me with the explanation after everything was done. Thank you for being there."
